If you’re looking to return or exchange your tablet for whatever reason, we’re here to help!
Our return policy
- Products are eligible for return and replacement within 7 days of purchase.
- Sale or discounted purchases are non-returnable.
- Returns are only available for products purchased at their original price.
Eligibility criteria for product return
- Customer received a defective or wrong product.
- Customer is unhappy with the product.
- Customer must initiate the return within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
How to Return?
Return requests can be made via email at Feedback@whitewolfnutrition.in or in person at any Monstabolic store. An unboxing video is mandatory for all return requests, along with the reason for return and product images.
The Process of Return
A solution that meets your needs will be provided by our executive within two business days. If you wish to return the product, our executive will work with you to arrange a replacement that meets your satisfaction.
